Aries gives the best massage I’ve ever had! What I like the most about this place, is the attention to detail, focus on wellness as a whole, and the big windows to create a bright, open experience with the view of the mountains. Can’t recommend this place enough!

I have been coming regularly for a few years now and love it more with each season. I have seen my strength increase and have learned how to exercise in a way that prevents injury. It’s the perfect method to sculpt, tone, and work and my abs, arms, legs and whole body with no impact… plus so much more!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this place is. I did the intro special and tried all the various classes( unlimited classes for 10 days). Each class and instructor was fantastic. Reformer classes are small with 6 students. You instantly feel welcomed by the staff and fellow students. As a 63 year old, full bodied woman, I was encouraged to work at my level and given alternative movements when the ones presented in classes was too much for me. In two weeks my sciatic pain has abated. I know that by continuing to attend regularly I will be feeling even better.
