I thought I'll get used to this and I need to adjust my life to this constant pain. My husband told me about NewStar fitness and I decided to give it a try! Each session i went to see Tyler, my shoulder kept feeling better and better! Today my shoulder is pain free and stronger than ever! I'm pretty active in the gym and having Tyler show me the correct posture, and core control in a workout has been a total GAME CHANGER!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!!! Tyler is one of the smartest people I have ever met! He knows how your body moves, why it moves, and what the correct movement is to live comfortably! He is so informative, and genuinely wants you to live a pain free comfortable life! It's NOT normal to be in pain, and think that's just how it works, or that's just "getting older." Tyler can help you, and I'm so grateful he helped me! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!“

I struggled for years with lat engagement. With his help I was able to figure that out. He also has helped with any other therapy needed and advised on stretches and such that make a huge difference. I have also done stem therapy and that was a game changer with activating muscles that have never been activated. Highly recommend Rob.“
“I am a 70+ senior doing yoga, aerobics, Pilates and some weights, but found I had reached a plateau in improvement.i wanted to do something about this and started seeing Daniel.
Daniel is a very listener as to what you want to accomplish. After an assessment of my physical condition, he identified problems in my gait, posture and specific muscle weakness and tightness. I was not aware of many of these issues. He designed a workout program at home and saw me weekly to assess my progress or lack of it and would change the program accordingly. I am quite pleased with how much better I feel physically and functionally and understand why I have improved.
I can highly recommend Daniel as a superb trainer.

I had no idea how much more effective assisted stretching could be—until I went in for a complimentary session. I was genuinely amazed at how deep and targeted the stretches were. They reached muscles I didn’t even realize needed attention!
After just one visit, I felt a noticeable difference in how my body moved and felt overall. It was eye-opening and incredibly beneficial. I’m truly grateful for the experience.
A special shout-out to Marcus—his expertise and professionalism really stood out. He guided the session with care and precision, and I could tell he genuinely knows his craft. In my opinion, he’s an exceptional practitioner and a true asset to Stretch Zone.
