Shawn is everything you could ask for in a trainer. Incredibly knowledgeable. Compassionate. Motivating. And especially encouraging. He has taught me so much about not only training but how to train safely and effectively. He recognizes my limitations and works with me to overcome them and improve.
The gym always has sufficient machines and weights that there's very little waiting.
Great equipment, but the audio track blasting from the speakers sound like a psychological torture specifically designed to make you wander aimlessly in front of a speeding semi-truck. I suppose you could count it as advanced resistance training—it takes monumental mental fortitude just to survive the sonic garbage pumping out of those speakers without having an existential breakdown. Bring your ear buds!
Hanger was great for studio RED he corrected my form and was very positive. Shawn for LFT always looks out for overall form and great support. I love coming and getting my workouts where the coaches care.
