As someone he frequents the sauna, the saunas here simply aren’t hot enough compared to other gyms. Specifically in the men’s locker room. A big reason for my membership here is to use the sauna, I’m considering cancelling because I sit in the sauna here for 30+ minutes and hardly feel much. Other gyms I’m feeling it within 15-20 minutes. I’ve brought this up to management and I sincerely hope they consider adding an additional heater or getting a more powerful one. I know other members have brought this up, too.

I absolutely love Life Time Fitness! It has been a significant part of my family's lives for a long time. The kids' center and classes are exceptional, keeping my children engaged and eager to come back. This makes my life so much easier, as I can get a great workout in, knowing my kids are enjoying themselves.The café is a lovely spot, perfect for grabbing a bite or getting some work done. While I'd love to see a few more food options, it's still a fantastic amenity. And let's not forget about the summer pool time – my kids' favorite! Lifetime fitness South Jordan is the finest, cleanest gym in Salt Lake county. I workout typically from 530AM to 9AM 5 days a week. The cleaning/ maintenance crews are constantly cleaning, sanitizing, vacuuming the locker rooms and workout areas. All of the machines work,. The steam and sauna spaces are sanitized and immaculate! Just can’t say enough about this facility. Great dedicated people working to make life better for the members. 5 stars all day every day!
