“I’m a professional hockey player and I met Jackie while I was playing hockey in Salt Lake. She is the best strength coach I’ve ever had in my hockey career and during the 2 years she trained me I’ve gotten stronger and more mobile despite a hip surgery in between this 2 years. She made working out fun and she took really good care of me and all the other people she was coaching.She has always been ready to explain why we were doing a certain type of exercise rather than another one and I loved this aspect about her.“

“I was in a motorcycle accident and injured my shoulder pretty bad! My thought about it was to rest it out and it should go away! The pain never went away. I thought I'll get used to this and I need to adjust my life to this constant pain. My husband told me about NewStar fitness and I decided to give it a try! Each session i went to see Tyler, my shoulder kept feeling better and better! Today my shoulder is pain free and stronger than ever! I'm pretty active in the gym and having Tyler show me the correct posture, and core control in a workout has been a total GAME CHANGER!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!!! Tyler is one of the smartest people I have ever met! He knows how your body moves, why it moves, and what the correct movement is to live comfortably! He is so informative, and genuinely wants you to live a pain free comfortable life! It's NOT normal to be in pain, and think that's just how it works, or that's just "getting older." Tyler can help you, and I'm so grateful he helped me! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!“

“I have been going to Rob for almost 3 years now and he is awesome!! So knowledgeable and knows how to help with getting your muscles to engage. I struggled for years with lat engagement. With his help I was able to figure that out. He also has helped with any other therapy needed and advised on stretches and such that make a huge difference. I have also done stem therapy and that was a game changer with activating muscles that have never been activated. Highly recommend Rob.“

I’ve only done 1 one-on-one with her, and it was a hard workout and it was nice to learn some proper swings, with the conditioning - but mostly, Eliza is an amazing, beautiful, and intense human being.I could trust her and tell her about my PTSD and WHY I wanted to learn this form of self defense, my background, etc. We even did a lil spiritual reading after the session.I immediately signed up for a set of classes but couldn’t follow through for personal reasons (yet).So I told her I can’t. She totally understood. She hooked me up with some gloves and wraps, and I’m really looking forward to going back.I can’t wait to train soon when I am healed up! See you soon!!“
