She is the best strength coach I’ve ever had in my hockey career and during the 2 years she trained me I’ve gotten stronger and more mobile despite a hip surgery in between this 2 years. She made working out fun and she took really good care of me and all the other people she was coaching.She has always been ready to explain why we were doing a certain type of exercise rather than another one and I loved this aspect about her.“
