Great gym with great facilities. Busy, but I would say that is good.However, most of the staff is pretty bad and disinterested. I go everyday and everytime I check in, the greeters don't acknowledge me or anyone else. I make it a point to say hi and about half the time I get a response, other times I'm ignored. The "greeters" don't greet and just have their face in their phone. Obviously exceptions. Not really a big deal, I just find it rude.

As a newbie to gyms, I didn't really know what to do, I just know I need to exercise to work on my health problem and for better mental health. If I didn't have a cousin coming with me I probably wouldn't have the motivation to keep going so maybe VASA can have the personal trainers reach out to set up the free consult right away.Always super busy (I've gone with a cousin during the day and mostly after 7pm) but the equipment is good, the layout of the gym is good. Thankfully, this gym in Saratoga also has a pool, hot tub, and sauna/steam room.The showers, though large, are kind of weirdly structured. Yes the gym is crowded but the staff are nice, the equipment is high quality, and the cost is reasonable. If you want a less crowded gym there are smaller local gyms but they cost way more. I often have to adjust my workout and switch out a few exercises for others, but it’s never prevented me from having a great workout.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it’s definitely too hot, especially by the squat racks and cable area. It’s super hot sometimes.
