“I was scrolling through instagram and came upon an ad for Stronglife. I filled out the questionnaire even though I wasn’t sure I was ready to make a change. Jill kept reaching out and I decided to join. I wasn’t sure if I would even have the motivation to go. I had been in a pretty bad depression but I just kept showing up. I have had the opportunity to train with a few of the trainers and everyone is amazing. I’ve trained with Austen regularly. He’s always been amazing and is helping me to get stronger and teaching me the proper ways to lift. Andrew and Shayla are the other 2 I have worked with and they are both amazing as well. Sydney keeps me accountable and motivated with my eating habits. She has great ideas and suggestions. Plus the people who are clients here are in your corner as well. It’s been really nice to have people who support and care. Not only am I getting stronger and feeling better physically but I feel like I’m able to function in my life and my family is grateful to have their mom and wife more present and not in such a fog. I’m incredibly grateful to have Stronglife.“

“I love that I don't have to think about what workout I'm doing for the day, but I can show up and have everything planned out for me, then do all of them or get to pick and choose. The 3D body scan is also motivating because I can see the changes and progress even if I feel like I haven't made any.“

“This is the most friendly, non judgmental gym I have ever been to. “I was in a motorcycle accident and injured my shoulder pretty bad! My thought about it was to rest it out and it should go away! The pain never went away. I thought I'll get used to this and I need to adjust my life to this constant pain. My husband told me about NewStar fitness and I decided to give it a try! Each session i went to see Tyler, my shoulder kept feeling better and better! Today my shoulder is pain free and stronger than ever! I'm pretty active in the gym and having Tyler show me the correct posture, and core control in a workout has been a total GAME CHANGER!! If I could give him 10 stars I would!!! Tyler is one of the smartest people I have ever met! He knows how your body moves, why it moves, and what the correct movement is to live comfortably! He is so informative, and genuinely wants you to live a pain free comfortable life! It's NOT normal to be in pain, and think that's just how it works, or that's just "getting older." “I have been going to Rob for almost 3 years now and he is awesome!! So knowledgeable and knows how to help with getting your muscles to engage. I struggled for years with lat engagement. With his help I was able to figure that out. He also has helped with any other therapy needed and advised on stretches and such that make a huge difference. I have also done stem therapy and that was a game changer with activating muscles that have never been activated. Highly recommend Rob.“

“I love Treehouse! The fitness floor has everything I need and is always very clean! The main reason I choose to go to Treehouse though is their childcare. It is AMAZING! The staff is so sweet and truly goes the extra mile to make it an enjoyable experience for the kids, but also to see to their needs to best of their abilities so that I can enjoy my workout. They are just the BEST!!“

“I’ve been going to the Sandy location nearly a year and it’s been good. The massage chairs could use replacing but I’m happy they’re there. But recently they hired new staff and some new dude has been going around interrupting people’s workouts to tell people to return and wipe down equipment they are literally in the middle of using. It’s worth noting that I’ve never noticed a problem of people returning or wiping down their equipment without being told. It is really annoying and uncomfortable to have staff act this way.“

“Yes the gym is crowded but the staff are nice, the equipment is high quality, and the cost is reasonable. If you want a less crowded gym there are smaller local gyms but they cost way more. I often have to adjust my workout and switch out a few exercises for others, but it’s never prevented me from having a great workout.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because it’s definitely too hot, especially by the squat racks and cable area. It’s super hot sometimes.“
