Kippy! She gives me exactly what I need and does not let me over do myself, and with chronic fatigue a limit is so very important. I have suffered for over 20 years with chronic fatigue and having a real struggle to get back to a gym and workout because I over do it resulting in an episode of fatigue getting me and I’m down for 1-2 weeks - it’s horrible! After 6 sessions I have been able to increase my weight so moving forward with progress ❣️
I’ve lost 4 lbs and 3” in my waist since starting this program one month ago. Kelly works me hard, but I really like the results!
