Everyone is very friendly and a variety of types of Pilate classes to take. I would recommend this place to anyone trying to get back into working out but intimidated by large classes or big gyms. Pilates VIP in Keller is the place to go!“

“Chris is the best trainer I have had. Very professional, great motivator. He listens to me about what I can and can't do and then encourages me more. There's not much I can't do anymore. I love that he comes to my house because there is no way I'm going back to a gym. Since starting with him I have increased not only my strength but endurance. Recently, I hiked a mountain, which I could not have done before because I have two knee replacements that didn't work very well. When I injured my lower back he adjusted my workout so that I didn't have to stop. I highly recommend Chris if you need a trainer. I even got my 26 year old daughter to start working out with him.“

“Best gym in Keller and the staff actually treat you like a human and not a robot scanning in, all of the employees are so sweet and always helpful and I can actually talk to them and they all are like friends at this point, I love this place! Not to mention the machines that they have are amazing and well taken care of and I can actually train hard here without getting complaints from the staff because they actually know what hard work is and care about their gym goers! Simply put if you are complaining about “rude staff” or “it’s dirty” then you just need to grow a pair and acknowledge that it’s a regular gym and not some fancy ahh gym for rich people and if you think the staff here are rude then you live in a bubble because they are so sweet and if they are rude then I must be a monster ? “An awesome place to work out, they offer very knowledgeable trainers who specialize in various sport specific strength training. Two tier work out area and many machines and free weights to choose from along with bikes and step machines. I highly recommend that you check out this gem in the rough! It is always a great experience!“

“Really enjoy my workouts here! I love group fitness and this class is organized, the stations and programming are challenging but modifications are readily available. The coaches are motivating but definitely know when to leave you alone if you need to take it easier vs when to push you if they see you challenging yourself. I took my 60yo mom to a class (never done strength training before) and she really enjoyed it. Kayla the instructor kept an eye on her form and offered extra instruction when needed. So far loving the classes! My husband is a member because he works in Fort Worth but I work in Dallas so I plan on coming 1-2 times a week based on availability.“

“Me and my wife have been coming here for five years now and we love it. The staff is super friendly, courteous everything‘s always clean. The equipment is amazing and TVs are all around the facility to watch as you run on the treadmill or do your everyday exercises. Also the prices are cheaper than other gyms in the area which are always overcrowded and understaffed. I would definitely give them 10 stars out of five and highly recommend you at least visit their facility before making a decision on another gym.“
