Highly recommend Pop’s gym! They have something for everyone. It has good open spaces inside and an awesome outdoor area out back to get some work done in the outdoors. Cort and his team do an outstanding job with personal training if that’s something you are interested in. I’ve worked out for 20 years and typically get burned out with a trainer. Cort always finds a way to keep the workouts fresh and challenging. Go check it out!
