I worked out there a little over a year before I moved out of the area, a few years back! Solid boutique gym, has the essentials. Trained with the owner and Tate and made great progress

The group class is fantastic and the best workout you’ll get! I’ve done Orangetheory and never left as sweaty as here! If you’re looking for personal training, too, you’ll love it (well, hate it during, but love the results!)

Excellent, productive, and efficient personal workouts. Classes are very welcoming and a fun environment while helping me to push myself to be better. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff that encourage you while making sure your safety is first. Absolutely LOVE this gym!!!
