I went to my first BodyBar class tonight and it was AMAZING! I was an avid Pilates Reformer gal pre-baby #3 and I wasn’t expecting this class to be so dang good but it today was!! The staff was super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful! I will definitely be returning.

I recommend Body bar to just about all my friends and family. I go to the gym regularly and lift weights but BODYBAR gave me a complete different workout, and really improved my core and flexibility. The staff is extremely welcoming!
