I contacted three different companies in the morning, Service Champs being the last. They had an opening for a technician to come out in a few hours, but another became available for 30 minutes. Their technician was able to determine the problem, offer solutions, install the replacement parts, and had our AC running again well within an hour after arriving. The pricing was fair, the service was fast, the people were professional and friendly, and I am very satisfied with the entire experience. The best selling point? One of the other two companies I contacted called me back to talk about getting a consultation scheduled...over 4 hours after the job was done. The other company I contacted has yet to respond.
Our AC unit went out last night at 3am and they were at my house by 8am! Got it back and going super quick! Great prices and quick turn around I was not home our nanny was but he called and texted me to explain what had happened and what needed to be fixed super satisfied with service.
This review is for Miranda Castaneda whom i just found out does not work there anymore. I used Centrum Health at 4 differents locations and the Miranda was by far, bar none the best front desk assistant that I had to interract with. She was always ready to go above and beyond, she followed up on things that she said she will do, she called back patients.
I was very saddened when I heard that she left and I am seriously thinking about changing my PCP.
The first day that I went there and she was not there, I made a request about referral, its been 5 days and I still don't have a referral. with Miranda it was a matter of minutes, and I mean within the hour it was done.
If Centrum health does not find someone that will be up to Miranda Standards and ethic, I will be forced to go somewhere else.

I highly recommend. Due to a leak in our bathroom, we had to have the tile, cabinet, part of the wall, and flooring in another room taken out and replaced. Yveatte handled all the intro to the company and our invoicing. She was very helpful with any questions I had. Superior service.
Patrick is the Reconstruction Manager. I have to say he was absolutely phenomenal. Excellent communication. We were constantly kept updated with what the process was and what was going to happen and when. When he first came out and discussed things with us, I knew right then we wanted to use them.
To say we were extremely pleased and satisfied with the end result does not even do them justice. I cannot recommend them enough. If we ever need anything, we will definitely use them again.

I came in for an online appointment today and got cut by Michael! He was kind, quick, and knew exactly the haircut I was looking for before I could even fully explain it. Travis is a Gem! Not just a nail tech an Artist! He makes my nails look so sleek. I am a simple pink and white person over my natural nail but just flawless in my opinion. The next set is always better than the last and I’m just shocked because every set is 10/10. I thought about gate keeping but every women deserves flawless nails from an artist like Travis. First time visit: Jennifer did a great job on my hair. I'm an oddball as I don't use shampoo/conditioner or products but she rolled with it (didn't try and talk me into using them) and did a great cut on my hair. Just as I described.
She was running a little behind but messaged me before hand so I could arrive accordingly (or reschedule).

Dr. Yu is absolutely amazing! My 4 year old needed dental surgery and Dr. Yu informed us so well of the process, the procedure, and after care that I honestly didn't have any questions. Going under anesthesia is always scary but with his experience and his team it took alot of worry away. He truly treated my child's dental care with so much expertise. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Craig Waldrop for over 10 years, and I can honestly say he has helped our family in ways that other doctors could not.
Years ago, my husband injured his wrist at work. After going through the workers’ compensation system and getting nowhere, we finally gave up and drove over an hour to see Dr. Waldrop. He corrected the problem and my husband was able to move forward without surgery.
We also referred a neighbor who was literally days away from surgery. Dr. Waldrop evaluated the problem, treated it, and that surgery was cancelled. Four years later, my friend is still doing great and never needed the operation.
Most recently, I developed foot pain that would not go away. I spent thousands of dollars seeing medical doctors and getting MRIs, but nothing helped. Dr. Waldrop identified that the real issue was coming from my spine and treated it with chiropractic care and spinal decompression. Today I am walking pain-free again.
Dr. Waldrop focuses on finding and correcting the source of the problem, not just treating symptoms. If you are dealing with pain and feel like you’ve run out of options, he is absolutely worth seeing.
