Been going for a few months and loving it! They follow the Level Up Method, which has great programming and helps to track your progress. Quite simply, Fort Worth Strong is the place to work out, and achiever your fitness goals. I spent six months in fort worth on a job, and four of those lifting with Caleb Ritchey doing personal training sessions. The group classes looked challenging and fun, but I was there for specific strength goals.
With Caleb, Cynthia, Nick, and Kyle's support, i was able to put on almost 20 lbs of muscle in four months, and bring my squat up to 315 lbs (for reference i'm 5'8" and 185 lbs now).

I have been going to FWS for almost two years. The trainers, classes, and community are top rate. I personally have gained more from working out here than any other group setting. They push you! The Best!
