Bry, the employee, who came to work on my plumbing was very nice, responsive, and friendly. He fixed the issue, and seems like did his best. Cannot speak to the quality of the job because I’m not professional in this area, but the leak from a pipe under the slab in dining room was fixed, and then a new concrete was placed.
Still was not very happy with the “Plumbing report”, that I got from manager, that I need to support my claim with insurance. When dealing with difficult insurance such as in my case, I want the best documentation possible.“
