Golden did well in providing preventive maintenance for my water heater today along with a plumbing inspection - very polite and professional. He also went the extra mile to have an issue addressed for me today for an install done 2 years ago. For that, I am very grateful.
Received excellent, professional and informative service. The issue was fixed quickly and suggested upgrades were discussed to my 32 year old commode and attached lines. Thank you Dallas Plumbing.
Replaced a circulating hot water pump which had failed. The two technicians, Brian and Tino, did an outstanding job with the installation. They answered several questions I had regarding the hot water flow, and their work was very professional. The work itself earned a 5 star rating, but I reduced my final rating by one for billing. The original estimate was described to me by the manager as a maximum amount. He also told me that the new pump would have a timer function. It did not. I called him to ask for a reduction in final price as a result. He gave me a nonsensical answer explaining that all new pumps SHOULD have a timer and thus he insisted that the estimated price...read full review
