Jake and Burns came out today to do our tankless water heater flush. WOW, these guys were great! While they were there, we asked them to look at a few things we needed done in our bathrooms. Jake went out of his way to look them over, recommend suggestions to help us get it done right with one service call, and gave us a quote before he left. The fact he was dressed professionally in a nice polo shirt made my wife feel comfortable (and we never use companies that do not dress professionally). Jacob and his team are very professional and honest people. Installed a new water heater as well as a whole home shut off valve for us and did a fantastic job. We will be using them on all our plumbing needs going forward. 10/10.

I had some major work done by Pure Plumbing and feel that I made the best choice. I worked with Dylan and he made me feel like I could really trust him. That’s not easy for a single woman in her 50’s to do, but went with my gut… after having at least 6 plumbing companies out.They got the job done seemlessly.I highly recommend them, And will probably only use them in the future.
