“Wolfgang was kind enough to come out on a Sunday to check the electrical of our HVAC. We weren’t receiving power to the wall thermostat and therefore it wasn’t turning the unit on. He showed up on time and was very professional. He discovered that our furnace switch in the attic had been turned off (we’re in the middle of selling our home and during one of the showings they inadvertently turned off the system). We had no idea that switch was flipped, or even that the switch in the attic controlled the unit! He was very educational without making us feel dumb - still super embarrassed that he came all the way out for basically no reason. Now that the HVAC is running, it’s still not blowing cold air, so we’re waiting on the HVAC tech to come out and assist. I can only rate my experience on Wolfgang at this time, and will update once the HVAC tech comes and does their thing!
