I had a leaking gas line. I called DNA Plumbing. Much to.my surprize they were at my house in an hour. The men were professional, helpful , and friendly. They answered all my questions. They had to completely replace the piping from the gas meter to my main gas line. I will most certainly call them again.
I could not say enough good things about this company. I messaged way outside of business hours. I had a response first thing the next morning with someone out to our house that same day. Unfortunately, the part wasn’t on hand to fix it that day. However, they tried getting it to where we wouldn’t be without air another night. They sent an invoice estimate that was the same amount to the dollar, so there was no confusion about price. Devon Edwards was our technician and he was awesome. Communication was as great all the way through to the end. I will 100% be telling all of my insurance clients that this company is the way to go!
Every customer that uses a company means they aren’t calling the company they used last time. More than likely for a good reason. That’s where I found myself yesterday. Any service company is only as good as the service crew that show up to do the job. Yesterday I found myself in a mess. Our sump pump that keeps my garage from flooding went out with a forecast of massive rain tonight. You guys were at my house within 2 hours and did a wonderful job. Brajan and Billy were kind and respectful of my situation. They worked very hard and provided high quality service. I will never worry about plumbing issues again. I now “know a guy for that”. Thank you D-n-A
