Very happy with Chuck’s service from Benjamin Franklin Plumming . He arrived on time, was friendly and personable as well as very knowledgeable . He inspected our old water heater and gave us estimates for the work . He was knowledgeable about codes and permits etc . He was very respectful of the property and discussed options available to us based on our water usage . He discussed estimates and emailed them to me for consideration . Very happy with this company so far ! There was no cost for our estimate.

He explained the process of the work that needed to be done and I felt very comfortable with him. Ben Franklin is my plumber of choice and I would recommend them to anyone.
