Tyler, Josh, and Eduardo did an excellent job. They installed a new A/C, and repaired the existing unit too. They were respectful, and thorough. We had air that day. I had to call them back because the older A/C had a minor issue with the on/off switch. Today my unit is blowing cold air and we are happy. Your name on time experts is true, and we are very happy with the service we received.
I was extremely pleased with the On Time Experts, and especially the Technician Keith Broughs. He performed a complete and through system check of my AC and heating system and took time to explain each of the steps along the way showing me both photographs and in person those items which he was taking care. His professionalism and attention to detail is extremely appreciated and next time I will be asking for Keith when it’s time to do my secondary checkup later this year
