Business with Roto Rooter was seamless from beginning to end. I input my issues and scheduled an appointment same day to service my clogged toilet. I received a phone call 1 hour before my schedule time to confirm and Jonathan showed up on time. I was anxious about pricing and length of repair however… Jonathan was polite, understanding, professional, and honest. Jonathan explained the process and all possible outcomes.
