I'd like to thank tech Jordan and dispatcher Angela for assisting my 92 year old medically fragile, disabled Mother when her thermostat was not working and it was 85 degrees in her house on a 100 degree day in Austin. They made my call a priority call given my Mom's medical situation and repaired the AC unit in short order. Very professional and most importantly, responded to a situation that was getting more dangerous by the minute.
