Absolutely excellent service! E+M came out to repair the air conditioning at our business, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. They provided amazing customer service, clearly explained what the problem was, what needed to be done, and walked us through the next steps. Very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive from start to finish. We truly appreciated the way they took the time to explain everything and make sure we understood the process. 10/10
