Even though my AC broke during their busiest season and at the end of the work week, the company worked with me to get a technician to my house quickly and fixed my AC the same day. Despite how busy Oasis Services' weekend schedule had to be in August, the technician I worked with didn't rush and made sure to thoroughly check everything in order to guarantee a resolution to the problem (and potential future problems) instead of just providing a quick fix.
