We had used Edward a few times in the distant past and he did an EXCELLENT job! I wasn't sure if he would respond considering the current pandemic COVID affairs. BUT he did! He came with Joseph his helper and they diagnosed and repaired quickly! They also hooked up our Ecobee. They were greatly reliable, very efficient, very courteous and very reasonable!!!
