I can not say enough great things about Kevin at Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning. Our AC went out last night and I called him this morning after looking at some posts on my neighborhood page for recommendations. He was so kind and took his time to explain everything as far as what our options were and what they would cost us. After deciding the best course of action, the part needed was in Temple so he drove to Temple at 4 this afternoon, and came straight to our house and fixed the AC this evening, staying till almost 8pm to make sure we had a working ac today. He went above and beyond to take care of us and I am so thankful for all his help today.
I am one thousand percent happy that I decided to get a 2nd opinion after having Kane look at our AC and telling us we need to have the TXV replaced, coils cleaned, drain unclogged and more. They gave us 5 package options, the two cheaper ones did not include the coil cleaning, etc. so we went with the medium package which was $9178!! So Chris from CKS came Sunday afternoon the same day I called him Told me that the TXV was ok. He cleaned the coils and did everything else that needed to be done and it cost us only $1200!! What a difference! He cleaned everything up, he said if it for whatever reason it doesn’t work “don’t pay me.” He works every day! every single day and is on call 24/7!! He is reliable, honest and very hard-working!! Call CKS!!

Dragon Air Duct Cleaning did an excellent job on our HVAC and air duct system. The team was professional, on time, and explained the entire cleaning process clearly. They removed a large amount of dust buildup from the ducts, cleaned the return and supply lines thoroughly, and left everything clean afterward. Amazing! Ive gotten my hair dyed here twice. In the past, I had gotten balayage, and it lasted a very long time. This time, I got calico colored highlights and they turned out beautifully. My hair is thick and dark brown, so I am very happy with how great the colors turned out. The staff is very nice and supportive. I would definitely reccomend this place for highlights. 😊

I’ve spent several years looking for the right tattoo artist because I had big plans, a full arm sleeve, back work, and leg sleeves. I met someone with a tattoo that immediately caught my attention, and the line work was unreal. That’s how I found Husky at Sickmade Tattoo Parlor in Salado, Texas.
After checking out his work, I was instantly impressed. Even while opening a new shop and juggling a ton of responsibilities, Husky still made time to fit me and my wife in. That alone shows the level of professionalism and dedication he brings to his craft.
My sleeve is now complete, and the photos don’t even come close to how incredible it looks in person. The detail, the precision, the flow, absolutely next‑level. Husky and Sickmade will be doing every tattoo I get from here on out. Easy 5 stars.

I had issues with no electrical power for about 2 of my rooms. One room been the computer room where we have all our electronics: internet routers, alarm hard drive, WiFi and working areas. I was very worry because this systems are essential for me but more for my wife, who is a teacher and does a lot of computer work for lessons plans, etc. We are thankful that were we're taking care of our electric issues by Mr. John and Mr. Steve who were super professional, skill, polite and approachable. For us, they swapped out and tidied up our kitchen light, replaced a bad bedroom switch, and tightened up a few connections in the office. He did a great job and it was done in a sufficient amount of time. I saved the number in my contacts because if I ever need another key made or if someone else does I will have a reliable place already in mind without trying to look it up again. He cut and programmed two car keys for me.

Jeff with Lackmeyer Construction was absolutely Amazing! My wife and I had a brick chimney blow off our neighbor’s house and it hit the side of our home when the tornado came through in May of this year. There was extensive damage to approximately 200 square feet of wall and our master bathroom. Our biggest concern was finding a contractor that we could trust. We were looking for someone who provided great communication, showed up on time, actually did what they said they were going to do and at a reasonable price. These would seem to be the basics, but believe it or not Jeff was the 4th contractor we decided to go with after the 3 prior contractors gave us several red flags prior to even touching the project. Jeff made one of the most stressful experiences we have ever had turn into the most enjoyable remodeling/repair experiences we’ve ever had. Jeff, we can’t thank you enough and we look forward to working with you on many home projects to come.

My experience with Fusion Dental & Braces at Clear Creek has been nothing short of frustrating. I came in two months ago simply wanting to book a teeth cleaning, only to be told I couldn't do it right away because I was a new patient and had to see their dentist for an examination first.
When I asked to schedule the cleaning appointment right then and there - even offering to take a slot the day before the check-up just to secure a spot - I was told the wait was a month and a half. The staff promised to call me immediately if anyone canceled. It was mentioned only for the purpose of booking a dental check-up appointment. Naturally, nobody ever called in those two months.
When I finally went in for my check-up yesterday, I had to wait over half an hour just for the doctor to walk in. For most of that wait, I could hear him chuckling with another patient while working on their teeth. To make matters worse, once I was finally taken back, I noticed that the floors in the patient examination rooms were very dirty.
To top it all off, while sitting in the waiting room, I literally heard two people cancel or reschedule their appointments right in front of me. Yet somehow, despite multiple cancellations, an opening never seems to materialize for waiting patients.
The clinic owner really needs to evaluate their staff and front-desk operations. Refusing to book clients for the specific procedure they came in for - and refusing to handle things efficiently to prevent these artificial waitlists - makes no sense.
I don't know how they handle actual dental work or cleanings, and it looks like I never will. Given the complete lack of care, poor cleanliness, and the frustrating booking process at the reception desk, I have zero desire to return. Management needs to step in, because the patient experience starts with the very first people who greet you, and here, that experience is entirely indifferent.
My husband and I have been using Killeen Dental for several years now. Everyone from the front desk, hygienist & Dr. Melter have always been so professional (& friendly)!

Dr. Harris and her team are par excellence throughout the whole experience. Very focused on quality of service, the whole picture in terms of information and education, and making sure I feel comfortable, safe, and in good hands.
No one knows how scared I was going in there.. with bad relationships that caused some.. with a horrible car accident and other things. I knew I was going to cry.. but the second I walked in.. I felt save.. and after I talked to the Dr and she guided me where it was safe for me and who could help me.. the first time in YEARS I felt peace
A great practice to be a patient at! Dr. Shawn and the other providers run this as a family practice & I love that. His whole team from the front desk & his assistants are truly a wonderful bunch of people. They make you feel comfortable, are accommodating & are helpful with each step. I’ve had chiropractic care in the past & no office has been this thorough with my issues, that’s something anyone can appreciate. Anyone that needs chiropractic care, I recommend to this office.

I am more than happy with the care my baby received here. It was an emergency and they treated him better than the hospital the night before. I had not gotten a primary vet at the time and they had no reason to trust me. They charged me with the most reasonable and affordable plan, choices of two plans, only after a real ASsEssment of my MooCow, unlike the animal hospital , where they did an estimate , not an actual assessment and charged 185 dollars calling it an exam only. Then 1200 plus for the procedure he needed . Those folks were not concerned about my baby. I was super impressed and relieved to find this clinic that will now be his primary care clinic. I was able to choose a plan that I could pay for that day as they expect especially if you are not an established patient (pup). Dr. Mathew Davis was awesome and kind, and
gentle. And hopefully my baby will do well when his stitches are removed soon. He seems to be doing great so far. He got his little personality back after a rough animal attack.
I took our cat, Missy, to Stagecoach Pet Hospital for her first set of annual shots and evaluation. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The visit went very smooth and I think Missy had a good experience.
It is with extreme gratitude that I must thank DVM Sarah Kwon and the staff for the kind, considerate, empathic care they showed me and our calico cat, Nefertiti, during a walk-in visit on Friday 9-18-2021. Difficult decisions had to be made and everyone there showed a level of concern rarely seen today. From the rapid response to a question on their webpage to helping me with the grief of losing a pet by little things like a staff member waiting with Neffi in the exam room while I checked out to carrying our pet carrier to the car for me while I carried her remains. I had never visited this vet clinic but in the future, they will forever be our vet.
Took my dog in as a walk in and there was a 2 hour wait. I figured it would be since it being a Monday. The staff was nice and got us in an out quickly. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Ledger has been great with my Maya, a Pit/Coarso. She can be a handful and other Drs have seemed to rush thru the process never really giving her a thorough examination. Dr. Ledger comes in and gets down on his knee and pets her and gives her time to settle and then he checks everything. Not only what I’m in there for. I think he’s great. In fact the ladies up front are also great. Thank you Town n Country

drive all the way from Austin just to bring my fur baby here because they truly are the best. They always take their time with him and you can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat. I never feel rushed, and they always make sure all my questions are answered. The staff is super kind, patient, and welcoming, which honestly makes such a difference. As a dog mom, it gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in good hands every time we come. Definitely worth the drive for the level of care they provide.
My dog syoer is a bit bully and a rescue. With that being said he is a bit Skittish around people he does not know. It took me and my family a while to get him comfortable to us, but we knew all he needed was love. To our surprise, we tried to take him to other pet groomers, and they declined to work with him I’m so grateful for Mike Because he took our rescue, gave him a bath with no issues he actually gave a compliment on how playful and good he was. Thants amazing service!
