My experience with Fusion Dental & Braces at Clear Creek has been nothing short of frustrating. I came in two months ago simply wanting to book a teeth cleaning, only to be told I couldn't do it right away because I was a new patient and had to see their dentist for an examination first.

When I asked to schedule the cleaning appointment right then and there - even offering to take a slot the day before the check-up just to secure a spot - I was told the wait was a month and a half. The staff promised to call me immediately if anyone canceled. It was mentioned only for the purpose of booking a dental check-up appointment. Naturally, nobody ever called in those two months.

When I finally went in for my check-up yesterday, I had to wait over half an hour just for the doctor to walk in. For most of that wait, I could hear him chuckling with another patient while working on their teeth. To make matters worse, once I was finally taken back, I noticed that the floors in the patient examination rooms were very dirty.

To top it all off, while sitting in the waiting room, I literally heard two people cancel or reschedule their appointments right in front of me. Yet somehow, despite multiple cancellations, an opening never seems to materialize for waiting patients.

The clinic owner really needs to evaluate their staff and front-desk operations. Refusing to book clients for the specific procedure they came in for - and refusing to handle things efficiently to prevent these artificial waitlists - makes no sense.

I don't know how they handle actual dental work or cleanings, and it looks like I never will. Given the complete lack of care, poor cleanliness, and the frustrating booking process at the reception desk, I have zero desire to return. Management needs to step in, because the patient experience starts with the very first people who greet you, and here, that experience is entirely indifferent.“
