The suit fully covers your body and honestly feels like a gentle, weighted blanket hugging you the entire time. The massage starts at the feet and works its way up toward the chest, creating a deeply relaxing, rhythmic flow. It felt so good that I had to fight falling asleep the whole time. Regardless what the pic looks like, I wasn’t asleep.

I personally felt the effects most in my abdominal area—my abs looked and felt like they were popping out. I noticed a significant reduction in bloating, and I was using the bathroom quite a bit afterward (#1), which really showed how effective the treatment was.
