This was my first time at Shelley’s Salon and it was a great experience. I felt very taken care of and got my hair all fixed, I was just in for a basic blowout and it was so nice. Leila and I chatted and talked about what style I wanted and she offered to pamper me more with curls! My only recommendation for next time with her will be using a smaller size barrel for the curls so that they hold longer, they didn’t last much longer after I left the salon which doesn’t bother me this time since I didn’t go specifically for curls.

He cuts well! , has a new barber name Juan the best at cutting. Good duo, sometimes the old man is by himself just be patient ! He charges 20$ for basic cut, no card cash only! Worth going to

Rose is the best stylist for curly hair. I've had some awful haircuts over the years by people uncomfortable cutting curly hair. Rose took her time & made sure all the curls fell in their natural pattern. She cut my daughter's hair too & we were thrilled with both cuts. Thank you Rose!

Monarch is actually a collection of independent beauty service providers under one roof. I think it's important to look up reviews for the actual provider with which you're making an appointment. That being said, Monarch is a very nice setup. The building is well maintained & clean. It seems the owner is selective regarding tenants thus creating a higher end salon appearance, but a down home country welcoming atmosphere. I absolutely felt completely comfortable during my service.

We absolutely love cooking in our new kitchen and eating in the included dining nook while looking out our spacious new window where once there was mostly a wall; or eating on our new island which doubles for food preparation. Yes, we are pleased beyond expression with the KBR remodel of two bathrooms, an upstairs hall, staircase, living room, master bedroom with study and walk-in closet, laundry room, and kitchen and dining rooms which were combined into the open kitchen-dining space.
KBR granted our wishes for more open space, increased functional storage, and updated walls, ceilings, and floors. The design experience of turning these requests into actual layouts, expanded cabinets, new lighting, new fixtures, paint colors, quartz and granite sink and island tops produced amazing ideas and solid communication.
Except for one week on vacation, all the work was completed while we continued to live in the house. We could closely watch the demolition, re-framing, stonework, window installations, plumbing, electrical, cabinet, wall board and paint contractors as well as KBR’s own construction specialists. The various workers were courteous, thoughtful of our continued living in the house, willing to answer questions and explain actions, and coordinated with the other trades. They were clearly all good at what they did.
We were considering new homes before our remodel. The quality of available new construction seemed lacking, and an older better built home would need to be remodeled. We love our neighbors and general area, so we chose to remodel our existing home which had survived the Temple tornado without any damage proving it’s worth. We now have a functionally new home, and it has been a wonderful journey.

We cannot say enough good things about the service and assistance we have received from Claude Allen. We are selling our home and quickly needed to have some foundation repair, barn repair, insulation and mortar repair done. Fortunately we called Claude Allen. Rocky Allen and his family have gone above and beyond helping us to get these repairs done and done correctly and in a timely manner. Rocky called or sent texts every day to ensure it was all getting done and we were happy with the work. By chance I mentioned other work needed after contacting them about the foundation and he went out of his way to get us taken care of. He didn’t have to do that but he did. That’s the difference between a regular company just doing the daily to make money and a family owned business like Claude Allen that takes time and care into all they do. I honestly know we could not have gotten all of these repairs done without the help of the Claude Allen business. Thank you Rocky and all of your family. We appreciate you all very much.

Overall, we had a good experience with this company. The build process went smoothly and quickly. We had one issue with widows leaking a bit due to not being completely sealed, but as soon as we reached out they were responsive and made sure to get it fixed. Build quality is good overall - we made sure to check things like welds, loose panels, and that they consistently bolted the building to the foundation without skipping sections and they did a great job. I’d use them again if I ever had a future project.

Professional company starting with Debbie in the office. She is always pleasant and patient, giving me the day and time that works with my busy schedule. Then you have the exterminators Brad, Hunter and Justin. They treat us like family. They are courteous, professional and offer treatments tailored to our needs. They take their shoes off, or cover them, before entering our home. We love that, because we don't wear outside shoes in the house. I highly recommend this company!

We had such a wonderful experience today with Dr. Batts and her team! My three-year-old had a procedure done, and I honestly could not have asked for better care. The assistant was absolutely incredible — so caring, compassionate, and patient. She explained everything in such a kid-friendly way and my daughter felt so comfortable she reached for her hand to tickle her arms & kiss her glove. Dr.Batts was also extremely patient and kind, taking the time to make sure everything was done with excellence while keeping my daughter at ease. Even when my daughter struggled during the procedure, neither the doctor nor the assistant skipped a beat. They remained calm, patient, and incredibly kind throughout, which spoke volumes about their experience and genuine compassion for children. Coming from someone who works in an orthodontic office myself, I was especially impressed by their chairside manner. You can truly tell when a team is intentional about how they treat their patients, and it shows here. From start to finish, they delivered exceptional care. I was diagnosed with dysphagia and even when I had my esophagus stretched I still had trouble eating solids my daughter Dr Gardner and described my symptoms he said could work on me I was wary I couldn't believe a he could help when a GI doctor couldn't but after 3 visits I started eating solids again!!!! I am so grateful to Dr Gardner and the staff there is awesome they make sure I get a appointment at the time and the day I need.
