“We can't remember the last timecwe had our carpets cleaned, so you can imagine how bad they were.Our technician "walked" the house with the wife and took note of the areas with which she was most concerned. He got right to work and was out of the house in an hour and a half. His equipment was clean, in good repair, and it was obvious when he began, that he was a professional.We also had a lift assist chair that is used at least 12 hours a day, and is used as an eating area for a 77 year-old man with Parkinson's. You can imagine how bad it was with food stains, body oils, etc. Well, it now looks like was never used except for expected wear and tear.We are more than satisfied with the job that was done. It was excellent! We would recommend Killeen Steam Team unconditionally.“
