Great staff! Tammy was incredibly warm and reassuring, helping calm us down when we were so worried about our dog. The lead veterinarian took the time to explain what was wrong and made sure we understood what was happening. Everyone treated us like we truly mattered, and we felt well cared for throughout the visit.
