My dog was having an emergency, they had us come in earlier. They were very kind, understanding, and explained everything that they were doing to figure out what was wrong with my dog. Overall for a terrified pet owner who just wanted answers and a way to help her dog, they did amazing. Very much recommend them.
Took a bit to actually see anyone once in the room, and they gave me a diagnosis for the wrong one of my cats, though other then that they're very friendly and good at their jobs.
My 2 Yorkie pups have been with Banfield since I brought them home at 7 and 8 weeks old. From NC to TX. Well, last year my Yorkie baby Bentley jumped off of the couch and sprained his leg but at the time I didn’t know what was wrong because he was dragging both and couldn’t stand. I jumped in the car and headed to Banfield and called on the way, a woman answered and told me they couldn’t see him because they were closing in an hour😒 I am a nurse and the first thing i am thinking is fast responses can avoid permanent damage right?
