Tony came a few hours after I called and was very informative and extremely kind. He went above and beyond assisting me with programming a new key from my vehicle as well as jump starting my car. Teaching me a little bit about the batteries and he even went as far as testing out my batteries and checking on another key fob I was having troubles with. He is very knowledgeable and super sweet. I would definitely recommend him and Killeen Locksmith to everyone!

Tony came the same day I called, came at appointment time, handled everything perfectly, he is obviously very skilled and talented. What pleased me so very much was that Tony checked, adjusted and fixed the deadbolts on all the doors! This is why my property manager and I haven't used Killeen Locksmith for many years! On top of the service being amazing, the customer service is top tier! They are absolutely fantastic and just so kind. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking to and being helped by Jasmine, Michael, and Mrs. Tai and I can confidently say that I will call them anytime I have an issue. 10/10 recommend!
