We can't remember the last timecwe had our carpets cleaned, so you can imagine how bad they were.Our technician "walked" the house with the wife and took note of the areas with which she was most concerned. He got right to work and was out of the house in an hour and a half. His equipment was clean, in good repair, and it was obvious when he began, that he was a professional.We also had a lift assist chair that is used at least 12 hours a day, and is used as an eating area for a 77 year-old man with Parkinson's. Great communication, and an awesome job. I am a property manager and unbeknownst to me the city had turned off the water, the tech went to get a truck that held water and ended up doing the job the same day. I am over the moon impressed, and the house looks great for its new tenant! Fair price, great service.

Excellent service. Prompt and thorough! My daughter’s carpet was terrible! He removed spots that I thought were impossible to remove! I’ve used them several times and I’m always happy with my results!!
