Zachery arrived on time. Fixed the issue quickly, and most importantly, thoroughly. Replaced both, old copper hoses to the water heater, with SS hoses. He was courteous and didnt BS or try to upsell anything. Recommended from a friend. Will use them, if needed, again.

We have worked with Prince Plumbing for several years now. They are consistently professional, timely, and communicate clearly. They do quality work and are up-front about any challenges or costs. They don't push unnecessary products or work and never use high-pressure upselling. Regardless of who comes out, I have never felt like I was being talked down to (which happens surprisingly often men come to do work at my house and they have to deal with me instead of my husband). I highly recommend them.
