I had an off brand TV which he knew he wasnt going to be able to repair and told me upfront what the deal was...so I appreciate the owner not taking my money and giving me honesty instead. AWESOME!!!

I highly recommend CSM ELECTRONICS! I called on a Tuesday about a problem with my LG washing machine. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful. We live in Lampasas and they said it would probably be Friday before he could get out here. True to his word, he came this morning and fixed it! Willie was very nice, efficient and professional. I appreciate that in these crazy times! Thank you so much CSM team!

To be clear, they didn’t actually repair anything for me, but that is why I was so impressed. I am in Austin, they are in Killeen, and LG referred me to them to get a warranty repair. We quickly discovered I am outside of their service range, and yet Willie still took the initiative to walk me through the process of what LG was supposed to do, but hadn’t in the 2 hours and 4 representatives of effort I’d already spent with them. He told me exactly what I needed to ask for when I called LG back and what the process was supposed to be.....and all of this after it was clear he would get no money from my business.
