Highly recommend, great customer service. They even called prior to the appointment to trouble shoot issues before spending money on unnecessary repairs. Turns out we did need to replace a part on the dryer but they were quick, efficient, and low cost.
If yall have appliance issues 100 starts! I recommend! My washer was acting up they came out ASAP found it was a simple fix. They ordered the part and when it came in they came out to put it on. They responded faster than my warranty and was super honest seeing how I didn’t spend much to get it all fixed💪🏽 I’m so excited to have a washer again! Because let me tell you I spent over 40 at a laundromat on Saturday for 3 loads. And I went with my quarter jar thinking that was gonna do something 🤣
My washer was banging around like crazy. Called in with model number and brand, talked to a gentleman that advised for that model and my description ofwhat may be wrong, he advised the supports have gone out and need to be replaced . He called back to inform me the replacement parts are very expensive. We ordered them and set up appointment on my only weekday off, Friday. Technicians Adrian and Justin came out and were here about 30 mins. Replaced the supports and my washer has been perfect since! Thank you!!! The labor cost was very affordable I thought. Excellent service. Kind. Through. Will use again and again.
