Air Care Heating & Air Conditioning provides awesome service. Kevin is a stellar guy and a good man who helped customers out of serious pickles when their AC stopped working. He was kind and took his time to explain options and costs, being very thorough by walking through what was wrong. He looked into warranties to ensure no huge costs, and when a part came in damaged, he still made a way to get the unit up and running. His expertise, experience, friendliness, great customer service, timeliness, flexibility, and thoroughness make him someone you can trust. Highly recommended for local Heat/Air needs.
I can not say enough great things about Kevin at Air Care Heating and Air Conditioning. Our AC went out last night and I called him this morning after looking at some posts on my neighborhood page for recommendations. He was so kind and took his time to explain everything as far as what our options were and what they would cost us. After deciding the best course of action, the part needed was in Temple so he drove to Temple at 4 this afternoon, and came straight to our house and fixed the AC this evening, staying till almost 8pm to make sure we had a working ac today. He went above and beyond to take care of us and I am so thankful for all his help today.
Awesome service. Mr Crawford is a good man. He helped me out of a serious pickle when my AC stopped working. Truly a blessing as Sundays are not the best days to call anyone for help. This will be my go-to repair man in future and I highly recommend him to others.
Kevin is a stellar guy who looked into my warranty to ensure I would not pay a huge cost. He was very thorough by walking me through what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. When a part came in damaged he still made a way to get my unit up and running until the new part came in. I am not sure how many businesses would be as honest and open as Kevin was about the damaged part with him getting my unit up and running. AND that is someone who you can trust and I really appreciate it. So, if you are looking for a local Heat/Air person I highly recommend Kevin for his expertise, experience, friendliness, great customer service, timeliness, flexibility, and thoroughness.
