We have used The Coolest Air for over 18 years if we needed air conditioning or heater support. They have done everything from routine service and minor repairs to complete system replacements. Recently they performed extensive work at our Home. They replaced our heater and A/C with the latest high efficiency heat pump and A/C systems. In addition to the new systems, they added extensive blow-in insulation and enhanced our air filter with a UV light process the improves air quality. Cliff and his expert technicians - Daniel, Devin and Aaron also replaced our water heater with a new energy efficient unit that gives us more responsive hot water and better protection from leaks. Definitely the best around! I first spoke to Ms.Tammie which she kept me informed with everything and was very knowledgeable about the process. Devin and Aaron was our techs and went above and beyond. Always on time and showed up ready to work. The whole process was very quick and easy far as getting a tech out, getting a diagnosis and getting the part ordered and the unit being fixed. I would 1000% reccomend them to anyone looking for a reliable not shady company. Great customer service all around. I am a happy homeowner.
