Excellent service. I called around 10:30 PM when my air wasn’t cooling, and the technician was at my house within 30 minutes. Did a thorough review of the system and clearly explained the details of what he was doing. Was able to identify a battery problem and get it replaced with one he had on hand. All was resolved and my system was back to cooling within an hour. Technician was very friendly as well and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!
I was referred to 5 STAR AC by one of my good friends, and I’m so glad that I was. I immediately texted them the issue that I was having with my AC unit and the following day, they came out to do their assessment to confirm the issue. Sabry and his team are very knowledgeable and take out the time to explain everything in a way that you understand. They always ensure all questions are answered.
