I'm not sure where Goode Bro.s gets their techs, or if they train in house, I had heat pump installed, those guys were excellent. Brian came to my house today & diagnosed my A/C-heater problem. It turned out the thermostat was not working. He replaced it and explained everything he was doing as well as answering all my questions. He completely checked the inside & outside units for further problems.
