Walter came over to process the business quote. My wife requested it. We get a signature for handing over $5000. That was not a problem from Walter. He set up an appointment and came over. Explain again in detail what we were receiving and the services, my wife signed the paperwork and the schedule appointment four days later. The install went great. The technicians were professional. They will prompt 8:00 AM and finished by 12 noon. They removed the old unit and hauled it away.
