He is reliable, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, quick, honest, fair and every other glowing adjective you can think of. He is family, whether he likes it or not! Sherrie, the office manager/phone answerer/accountant/does everything gal is right there with Chuck. She is kind, understanding, patient, and I'm sure has had her share of verbal abuse (because people can just be mean) but keeps on being sweet. She is also family! This is the best A/C-Heating company around.“

“Dani first came to my house to install Nest thermostats. He was thorough and double-checked everything. I was using a different AC company at the time. When my upstairs unit started giving issues, I didn't believe what they said. Therefore, I called Dani for a second opinion. Dani's team came and troubleshoot the issue, service both my AC units. Also, they contacted the manufacturer and got parts replaced under warranty. I was pretty impressed. Two days ago, my downstairs unit stopped cooling and I called Dani again. His People showed up within the hour and started troubleshooting. They were able to find the issue and resolve it within couple of hours. I highly recommend this business. “The Ethan Clark Air Conditioning technician Jake arrived at my home promptly and was able to fix the problem with my smart thermostat not getting any power very quickly. He was helpful in explaining what needed to be done, he checked out the system inside the house and the compressor outside, and replaced the UV light inside our system at a very reasonable cost. I’m going to cancel the maintenance agreement I had with a much larger Houston AC company and instead I will call Ethan Clark AC when my HVAC system needs maintenance.“
