His responses were prompt and he fixed the issue first thing the next morning. His company opens at 8am and he showed up at 7:45am. Initially, he asked me to send a video of the issue so that he can see if it’s something he can fix. He said he does not want to charge us for a trip if he is unable to help. Very honest man. Many companies would charge $80-150 just for diagnostics. He was able to diagnose the issue through the video I sent him. Meanwhile, another company told me I needed to get a new AC unit for $12,100 and told me it was unfixable. I just replaced my AC unit 3 years ago. Texas Air Care was able to fix it for $850 and even gave my parents a 10% discount....read full review
