MJS A/C and Heating

Miguel is literally the best experience I’ve ever had in HVAC repair. I’ve been really unfortunate with a rental property over the past 7 years and have had to my recollection about 13 service calls and a brand new system (last year, already failing). His customer service is phenomenal, knowledgeable about HVAC and electrical, (I know this because I myself am well versed in both). A while back Miguel told me about a new referral program he was starting for his business, something I’ve heard from many businesses in the past; he does not bullsh**. He’s a man of his word! I happened to have 2 friends on the schedule with different HVAC a week or so out, and passed his info along. He had them scheduled SO much more quickly than some others out there. And needless to say, summers here and it’s getting HOT. I told him I didn’t want his referral bonus because I don’t ever write reviews, let alone refer most services to others. I just felt the urge to help his business; BUT, I had a little down time this week to write this review and he insisted on sending me $125 for each referral that produced work and revenue for his company. I work in the mobile service industry and completely understand how the frustrations of complications at a job that take longer to complete, and traffic and unexpected weather etc that push small business owners out of their arrival time windows. Most people just get frustrated and upset that sometimes your internet provider, or repairman are late to the estimated arrival time. I could care less because I know it happens! He communicated his delays, as best he could (please also understand mobile services especially SBO’s are hands on working at their other job sites and do sometimes take a while to respond. That didn’t seem to be an issue for Miguel! I’d give 10 stars if I could. I wish I could articulate better the experience, but hey, find out for yourself. Value the people, knowledge, communication, and skill and try to put that before scheduling. The last thing I want to add is how efficient he is. Leave the professionals alone, and let them complete their work! You’ll be up and running in no time! Like I said; find out for yourself. Thanks Miguel! I really hope I spelled that correctly lmao!

We had a leak coming from one our vents in our kitchen and we called Mjs A/C and Miguel came out that same night to look at it. Thankfully it was just a clogged ac drain line, he took care of it and then he showed us how to maintenance it from now on.

Call MJS A/C and Heating first! My a/c went out and I’d gotten a diagnosis of a 1) bad coil 2) leaking freon 3) bad motor 4) motherboard replacement. I called MJS for a 2nd opinion and they were able to come out quickly. Within 5 minutes of arriving, the MJS technician bypassed the wall signal and proved my blower motor and motherboard were working perfectly fine. The entire issue was just a faulty thermostat failing to send the signal to the unit. That’s it. No bad coil, no freon leak, no bad motherboard, and the motor is fine. I am so glad I called them.
