I had my A/C heater repaired and was a great experience!Mr. Bright was kind and very helpful in many ways! Funny as well... but overall I liked how well he took care of things, specially by triple checking everything was working. Again thanks :)

Alpha installed a new HVAC system at my house this morning in the 77084 area (Trane equipment: new condenser, furnace, evaporator coil and plenum). Throughout the inspection and quotation process they were upfront and thorough. I received competing bids and they were able to nearly match but offered a much longer labor warranty than other provider. That helped make the decision for me. The crew arrived on time in the morning and were well prepared. The entire system was installed, tested, and operational within 3 hours. System is functioning as modeled, my house cooled 9 degrees in just under an hour and is still dropping. Very much appreciate working with this...read full review
