AiresServe of River Oaks installed our unit in February but we had issues that didn’t get properly fixed until Robert showed up. He noted that the unit (a Daikin) was improperly wired and that the slope on the drain line wasn’t sufficient. Now that AireServe of Katy has taken over the River Oaks business, Robert repaired the issues and did a great job documenting and explaining what was done. I’m hopeful that this will be the last time we have to call anyone out for other than routine maintenance!

Robert came out to help us due to we had a gas leak at the meter and was told that the furnace had one also. Robert and Roy came to check it out and inspect the unit and reassured me that everything was functioning correctly. Very professional and helpful. A+++++++++ and will definitely hire them again.

Roy and Robert came today to clean our air ducts and did an amazing job! They’re so personable and we’re so sweet to my daughter. They did such a thorough job on the air ducts and I can already tell a difference - our home already smells better and the ducts are visibly cleaner, it’s amazing!
