Had an interesting situation regarding my 14 month old Amana HVAC. On 3/10 had a tech from company A do a scheduled semi annual visit. He informed me that the compressor was bad. Rather than ask for another tech from company A, we decided to get a second opinion. After some research we called Crossway. I spoke with Ray and candidly told him we were seeking a second opinion. He scheduled us for 3/12. Two techs arrived as scheduled and did a thorough evaluation. The numbers showed nothing wrong with my Amana. I have had Amana HVAC at previous homes with no negative experience, so was very relieved! We now have a new HVAC company to perform the regular maintenance; Crossway Mechanical.
