Sierra demonsrtated her expertise on my hair yesterday. I'll try and keep this brief. Lol. She gave me a detox to lift the excessive black from my box color, and then she deposited color. No guarantees but my hair reacted just as she stated during my consult last week. I can't begin to tell you how informed I became simply because Sierra took the time to explain procedures to a client who was a bit hesitant about the color process.
I had been wanting to lighten my hair since April, visited 2 other professionals whose confidence in their work did come close to Sierra's. This young lady knows her area of expertise! I love my hair color and plan on returning to Champaign Hair Studio in the near future.

As an asian who has curly hair, all of the other asian salons just couldn't get it right, understandably. I am tired of always walking away dissatisfied and I simply just searched up what salons were near me. I found Roman's and walked in the same day - I couldn't believe she had opened shop for almost 20 years and I had frequented the area all my life without even noticing!
Roman shook my hand and treated me with so much kindness and respect as if I had always been a customer. She then proceeded to walk me through how curly hair works, products, and how the others got it wrong with my hair. Like a doctor she not only gave my hair the cut it needed to rid the damage, but also cut it to the exact style I wanted!

One of the best spot in the metroplex. They have so many Barbers to meet everyone’s needs. I’ve personally never seen anyone leave unhappy. While there’s nothing wrong with having your favorite Barber, they all know how to cut hair and do a great job! Minimal wait time for walk-ins. Tony has mastered his craftsmanship and built an empire. No reason to compete when you’re the best in town. The shop and its Barbers will keep you coming back time and time again!

I have been here twice for gel nails and OMG does she kill it!!!! Dina is my go to girl for nails. I'm just sorry that it took so long to finally get to her! She has done gel designs and wow does it last. My second time going back I went to her with two broken nails (T_T) but she saved my butt!! She has a great sense of style too so TRUST her and the process. She is also super fast, efficient and patient with you (I came in with three different inspo pictures sorry Dina!) but she makes it look easy and it looks so good! I should have posted this review sooner but love this place!! Def going to come back as much as I can!

I always love supporting local merchants in my area and CPS didn't let me down. I recently received a water bill that was 4x the prior month, with not add'l water usage. I called CPS and the very next day they sent Luke and Jared out to test for leaks. The guys could have jumped straight into a more expense test with the main box, but instead they were methodically, went water device by water device (ie, sinks, faucets, washing machine, each toilet to see if any of those were leaking - also finding the fittings to my toilets were original to the 1983 house (which I had them replace - for a reasonable price). The last test proved (we hope - havent' received a bill yet) was a leaky toilet. Yet they went ahead and then tested the main controller, first the house then the irrigation system. Fortunately no pressure change - so all was good (whew!). Best of all Luke explained all the way through what he was doing and spoke in a way I could understand what he was doing. CPS management these guys are awesome. Beverly thanks for booking me so fast!!! Cheers CPS, keep up the great work!
2nd time I have used Jennings and once again service and everyone involved in it exceeded expectations.
We have a business office space that had the two toilets supported up early the previous night with 50 clients in the Bldg. Out of the multitude of handymen I quickly called Metro was the one in particular who answered and fortunately Plumbing Carrollton had the option to make the drive out and fix our concern. Exceptionally expert and I got a nitty gritty receipt in regards to the work. Definitely going back when I have more plumbing needs.
We had an issue with water heater, and Brandon went above and beyond to help us fix it. He diagnosed the problem quickly and took the extra time to ensure everything even though the issue had reoccurred he made sure his manager came around to ensure a new water heater was installed since it looked like a rare situation were the issue could be easily . We’re so grateful for his help and I highly recommend his services to others.

Space Construction (Saado Ablasi) was everything I was looking for for our entire home remodel. When looking for a general contractor for a project this large and complex, I was particularly looking for three things: 1) Technical knowledge, skill and experience 2) Someone who could provide and manage all the different crews and specialists we required and 3) an effective and efficient communicator. We were so fortunate to find all three qualities in Saado. He saved us tons of time, lots of money and became a valued friend in the process.Remodeling can be long, hard and frustrating. Steve took care of all the exterior work the apartment community I worked for needed right after the new owners took over. All the items that the lender, insurance and city required to be completed was completed to their satisfaction at a reasonable price. He even made suggestions that saved the community quite a bit of money such as treating my mailbox for rust and painting it instead of replacing it what other contractors insisted on. I appreciate his honesty and expertise. He has been great to worth with.
We've hired Handyman Express for two jobs now and will definitely use this company again. Shawn is responsive, knowledgeable, and has an excellent work ethic. He shows up on time, gives accurate estimates, and provides quality work at a reasonable price! As we fixed up a property for rental, we ran into several jobs we either couldn't do or didn't have time to do. Our first to-do list consisted of a masonry patch on the fireplace, re-installing some shutters, and patching/painting a section of wall to match an existing area. We tried to get several estimates and were disappointed how many companies didn't respond or weren't able to do part of the work (the masonry). Shawn got back to us immediately. He asked for several pictures because he "never likes to say yes, when the answer should have been no." I really appreciated this kind of honesty! We also told him that the patch and paint part of the job was time sensitive and he was able to fit us in quickly. The work was done on time and in line with his cost estimate. We were so pleased with the quality and value of Shawn's work that we came up with a second to-do list. This included installing a stretch of gutter with rain chains, repairing some fascia near the roofline of the house, and installing some new smoke detectors. Again, he was able finish these jobs quickly, knowledgeably and, after returning some unused materials, under his original estimate! We found Shawn to be honest, personable, and professional. He really went the extra mile when he noticed a leak in the kitchen and got it locked down until my husband could come by and address the problem. He was also unhappy with how the paint turned out on the patchwork he had done for us on the first job so he added another coat of paint on his own time so it would look just right. We so appreciated this attention to detail. Shawn is a man who stands by his work, which these days can be hard to come by! We have definitely found "our handyman" and would highly recommend Handyman Express to anyone with a to-do list of projects around the house. I have already given his name to several friends, neighbors, and colleagues and will definitely be calling him again when the need arises.
This is such a great company and I have truly good experiences working with them! Whenever I need help with plumbing related issue and contacted them, Jason or Megan always responded and arranged services promptly. The owner Jason is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The first time I contacted them for service was back to a couple of years ago. My water heater needed to be replaced and I called Leak Whisperer based on the good reviews. They offered me a very reasonable quote and they arranged the service quickly. I remember that it was in August and the temperature was about 100 degree, Jason and his team showed up on time with a brand new water heater. The old water heater was in the garage so they needed to work in the garage all the time with such a hot weather. In order to guarantee that there was hot water in the house as quickly as possible, Jason and his team worked so hard and non-stop. They finished the work quickly and I was so impressed! I also contacted them for a water meter leaking later on and they arranged a service promptly and took care of it. They are honest, reliable and trustful and they always do a good job. I decided to use this company for my plumbing needs since then. If you have plumbing needs, you won’t be disappointed if you contact them. I highly recommend this company for anyone who needs plumbing services.

Wynn, the dental hygienist is amazing! She’s super quick and extremely friendly. She x-rayed my teeth and did my cleaning. Dr. Koo is professional and an absolute perfectionist. She recently did my fills and I was in and out within the hour. Time is valuable for me so I appreciate that. I definitely recommend this office! The organization and flow from the check in process on your phone to when you leave is effortless.

I came here to get my cavities refilled. Dr. B and Elizabeth took time to explain treatments to me, and they are transparent about the costs. They are truly a dynamic duo, and their working chemistry and expertise is phenomenal. I enjoy listening to them banter. I feel very comfortable and embraced in their presence. They show great care towards my wellbeing. My only constructive feedback is that sometimes appointments can last much longer than expected, because Dr. B can sometimes get sidetracked.

I've moved many times since 2010. I currently drive from E. Dallas to Carrollton to make sure my pets receive the best vet care in town. I will never take my pets anywhere else.
My sweet boy Chito LOVES Jesus at All Creatures. Thats his buddy! I board our family dog here for frequent work trips and vacations and feel very comfortable every time I leave him. I know Jesus and the other employees will love on him during his stay and I am confident that he is cared for as one of their own. I've never had any issues. Also, Chito is seen there by the vet staff so if something medically would arise while he is boarded I have peace of mind that they would do what is needed. Nice and professional staff. Clean facility. Definitely recommend!
Dr. Binford and his staff are the best! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always smiling and cheerful! They are very knowledgeable and always answer any questions you may have at any time! Even when you call and ask a question, they're always very willing to answer you and not bothered at all! Dr. Binford is very thorough and does not prescribe unnecessary medication or do unnecessary tests their prices are extremely reasonable. The entire staff is very professional and very likable!

Please disregard the fake reviews. I recently took my havashu to her first groom with Michelle & she really is the sweetest lady. She took such good care of my baby. I’ve used groomers before but i can tell she had a genuine care for my pup and what she does. She even gave me some educational materials for fur care! Anyway, my dog came home soft, happy, and smelling good enough to eat. 10/10 would recommend.
We used Pet Love for the first time yesterday and our experience was wonderful. Courtney was our groomer and she took fabulous care of our large goldendoodle. I don’t think my dog has ever been so clean! She listened to our needs and wants and delivered! We look forward to working with Courtney again!

I was very nervous getting back into yoga after gaining weight but the people at this studio are so down to earth and supportive. Also for first customers you get to try out the studio for 3 weeks unlimited classes for ONLY $39.00 definitely can’t beat that (I really took advantage of the deal). Also another plus the teachers actually talk to you (know your name) and if you need help with a pose they will help you. Highly highly recommendRenee ?

I recently started taking yoga classes because I am going through a difficult time in my life and I decided that I needed to do something for myself for a change. I decided on yoga because I wanted to do something that would help me mentally as well as physically, plus I do not like traditional exercise. I could not have found a better place than South Side Yoga!The day I started the instructor Ricky asked me if I had any physical ailments or pain areas and even taught us some positions that would help with those areas. All of our classes are tailored around everyone's needs and limitations. Ricky takes the time to get to know his clients so that he can help them in the best way possible. Even the positions that we do are tailored for everyone from those who are not flexible at all (or have a trouble areas) to people that can be twisted like pretzels. I don't know that I could ever find another class where one can receive so much care and assistance.The environment is also so relaxing but still laid back and fun! (Don't tell Ricky but he's actually pretty funny too) And the other students are all so friendly and kind.It is so helpful to have a place that I feel so relaxed and welcome while going through a difficult time.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first. My shoulder was really bothering me and a Chiropractoc adjustment didn't fix it like it usually does. So, I got online and began searching for a massage therapy place near me. Castle Hills Massage popped up as one of the closest search results. I thoroughly reviewed the website, then called the number and left a message. Harry contacted me back. We set an appointment. The studio is set up as well as (and better than some) retail massage therapy rooms. He did a thorough intake and clarified the trouble spots. Harry was very professional. He routinely confirmed whether the pressure was good. He created an environment of just the right amount of conversation and quiet. I was able to relax and when the massage was over, my shoulder felt great and I was thoroughly relaxed. He provided a bottle of water afterward with aftercare instructions. I can't wait to go back for another.

Came in during their happy hour special, Monday to Thursday, 10-3 get a 60 minute foot massage for $45. It doesn't get any better than that! Most of the rooms accommodate 2 people. I didn't get the man's name but he was good. The pressure was how I wanted. I will definitely come back.

I had 8 physical therapy sessions for a shoulder and lat injury with Nick at Greater Therapy Centers in Carrollton. He is so awesome and provided me with exercises that I continue to do. We focused on strengthening the muscles surrounding my injuries and over the course of 8 sessions, I felt so much stronger and my pain was reduced basically to zero. Now I can use the exercise plan he provided to continue physical therapy at home and (ideally) avoid future injury. Thank you!

Fyzical was recommended by a neurologist for my mom who was diagnosed with ataxic gait. She’s had a number of falls and her gait was becoming unsteady each passing week. This place has given my mom the confidence to walk around the house without fear of falling. Jeremy, her PT, is so patient and knowledgeable. He updates me on her progress regularly. He genuinely cares! My mom is very fortunate to have him as her therapist and for coming here. She’s had a few setbacks but has bounced back each time thanks to Fyzical!
